If any of this is you
I've done hundreds of classes, but when the screen is off I don't know where to start.
I pause the video to check the pose, and by the time I'm back I've lost the thread.
Without a voice telling me what's next, I last about four minutes.
None of that means you're bad at yoga. It means nobody taught you the part the videos skip: how a practice is put together. That part is learnable, and teaching it is the entire point of this course.

Meet your teachers

Mela completed her 200-hour teacher training in India. A dietitian by profession, she has spent her life around sport and physical practice. She leads the full breathing class that closes Module 02.

Abhishek grew up in Rishikesh, in northern India, one of the country's oldest centres of yoga teaching, and has taught for many years. He leads the closing class in Module 05, where you build your own practice.
The promise, shown
A promise like this is easy to write and easy to fake. So here it is instead: one minute of unguided practice. No cues, no cuts, no music. Nothing in it is advanced, and that is deliberate. Independence isn't a performance; it's a habit.
Unguided flow · 1:00 · uneditedOne unbroken take.

Questions, answered
No. The course is built for beginners and returning beginners. Every pose comes with an easier version, and the pace is deliberate. Flexibility is an outcome here, not an entry requirement.
A mat and enough floor space to lie down. Throughout the course we also show variations using two blocks, a strap and a blanket, to make a pose easier or harder if you want them. A folded towel and a thick book substitute fine.
As much as you give it. The course is self-paced, so nothing expires and nothing punishes a slow week. Everything unlocks on day one, so you choose the order and the pace.
You get ongoing access while the course is available, guaranteed at least 12 months. If the course is ever retired, you'll get notice and time to finish. We won't write "lifetime" because nobody can honestly promise that.
Yes. The course plays in any modern browser: phone, tablet, laptop. For a TV, use the TV's browser or connect a laptop with an HDMI cable. Captions are on by default in every video.
We can't answer that for you, and we won't pretend to. This course is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting, tell them it's a beginner video yoga course, and follow their answer over anything written here. A good part of this course is not movement at all: the philosophy and Pranayama modules, and the alignment theory behind each pose, are there to be studied whatever your body can do on a given day. And in every session, one standing rule: if something hurts, stop.
Then it costs you nothing. Email us within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. No explanation required, no form to fill in.
