What you learn
Hundreds of classes can leave you unable to practise alone. Not because you are bad at yoga, but because nobody taught you how a practice is put together. That is learnable.
What yoga actually is, the eight limbs, and the yamas and niyamas. The why behind every pose.
Pranayama, from belly breathing to Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari, then a full breathing class.
Nineteen poses taken one at a time, the props, the transitions, and where stiffness really comes from.
Who teaches

Mela completed her 200-hour teacher training in India. A dietitian by profession, she has spent her life around sport and physical practice. She leads the full breathing class that closes Module 02.

Abhishek grew up in Rishikesh, in northern India, one of the country's oldest centres of yoga teaching, and has taught for many years. He leads the closing class in Module 05, where you build your own practice.
